If I gain, how to make to perceive my money?
Your profit will be immediately transferred towards your account. You will be able then to choose a bet, miser with the poker, to play casino or to buy other charts to be scraped. When you finished to scrape, you must click on the button of control of the profits to confirm the presence or the absence of a profit, and to make pay the money on your Unibet account, if necessary.
In the event of profit, you will be paid automatically on your Unibet account after having clicked on the button of control of the profits. Even if you gain the highest amount, it is directly versed on your account!

What does it occur if my connection Internet is stopped or that my computer is blocked when I bought a chart?
Your chart will be found in our system with the statute “not enclosed” and you will have to contact our service to the customers to obtain the result of your ticket.

Which are the information processing systems required to play Quixx?
You must have installed the last version of the Flash reader. It is already préinstallée in all the recent computers under Microsoft. If you see that the chart takes care, that means that you have the adequate software.

When I am on the Quixx page, the chart does not finish its loading; it is blocked, for example, to 74% and it does not occur anything any more. Which is the problem?
You have the adequate version of Flash since the loading starts. Try to empty your memory hiding place and to remove the cookies. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on “Tools” - > “Options Internet” - > “To remove the cookies” and “To remove the files… ”. Close all the navigators and start again your navigator.

How my chart is selected when I buy Quixx?
Each series counts 2.000.000 of tickets. All the tickets are in our waiter of lottery and when you click on “Buying a ticket”, your ticket is randomly selected. It is the same arbitrary generator of numbers which is used in our casino, which was considered to be equitable by two independent third listeners. We are unaware of how much there remain tickets gaining in the series. Which amounts can one scrape?
The possible amounts are as follows: €2, €5, €10, €20, €100, €1 000, €10 000, €100 000.
The possible profits are as follows: €2, €5, €10, €20, €25, €40, €50, €100, €200, €1000, €2000, €10000, €20000, €100 000.

If you already gained by obtaining 3 identical amounts, you have a free chance to multiply your profit by 1, 2 or even 10. In other words, a profit of 2 euros can give 2 euros, 5 euros or even 25 euros, and a profit of 10.000 euros can give 10.000 euros, 20.000 euros or even 100.000 euros.

Then I to multiply my profit of 100.000 euros by 10?
Not, the highest profit is of 100.000 euros, so that the function of multiplication applies to all the profits except that of 100.000 euros.

Where then I to find the history of the tickets which I bought?
You will find them under “My account” - > “Historical of the account”. Each bought chart is made out “bought Quixx” and each profit, “Quixx Profit”.

What should be understood by the fact that Unibet pays more (higher profits) its competitors?
If you compare the statistical data, you will note that we have more tickets gaining per series, as well as an increased number of charts gaining among the highest profits like 20.000 euros and 1.000.000 of euros.
